The brief

Mojgan needed a professional home for her real-estate business that could stand apart from a generic agent template while remaining easy for prospective clients to use on a phone. The first priorities were clear: establish trust, make home search and home valuation easy to find, and turn genuine interest into an organized follow-up.

The project also needed to preserve accurate brokerage, licensing, fair-housing, privacy, and data-source disclosures. The result is a custom system rather than an imitation of another agent’s site.

Mojgan Badiei real-estate website homepage for Northeast Florida

A focused public experience

The homepage uses a restrained, cinematic presentation and directs visitors toward the two highest-value actions: exploring homes and starting a home-value request. Longer biographies, community guidance, testimonials, market information, and legal details live on focused pages instead of crowding the first screen.

  • Responsive buyer, seller, relocation, and community paths
  • Accessible navigation, motion controls, and reduced-motion support
  • Local service content for Jacksonville and Northeast Florida
  • Search metadata, structured data, sitemap, and social sharing cards

Lead journeys that preserve context

The home-value journey begins with an address, carries that property context into the contact step, records consent, and saves the completed request before attempting email delivery. Contact, consultation, newsletter, and property-interest forms follow the same principle: keep the visitor’s intent attached to the enquiry so Mojgan is not handed an unexplained name and phone number.

What the website does not promise

Automated estimates are labeled as estimates—not appraisals, CMAs, offers, or guaranteed sale prices. Listing search depends on an authorized MLS or IDX source rather than scraped data.

A private owner workspace

Behind the public website, Mojgan has a protected workspace for leads, contacts, appointments, tasks, properties, testimonials, content, media, domain status, MLS setup, SEO, and launch readiness. The public website and internal workflow share one source of truth, reducing the chance that a form submission disappears into an unmonitored inbox.

  • Relationship and lead records with source context
  • Appointment and follow-up organization
  • Owner-managed website content and media
  • Google Search Console and Analytics connection flow
  • Provider and domain readiness controls

A production launch foundation

The site runs on its own domain with HTTPS, health monitoring, database migrations, protected administration, consent-aware analytics support, email-delivery safeguards, and an immutable release process. The architecture leaves room for an authorized Flexmls or IDX experience when the brokerage-approved connection details are available.

This case study documents delivered capability. It does not claim unverified traffic, rankings, lead volume, sales, or revenue.
