Our commitment

Ash Web & SaaS wants its public website and project-enquiry path to be usable by people with different abilities, devices, input methods, and motion preferences. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing benchmark where it applies.

This statement does not claim that every page fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 or that an automated tool can certify accessibility. A complete conformance claim requires a broader expert evaluation and ongoing review as content and browsers change.

Measures used on this website

  • Semantic landmarks, heading order, labelled controls, descriptive links, and a keyboard-accessible skip link.
  • Visible keyboard focus, logical form steps, status messages, error feedback, and the ability to move backward without losing form answers.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternatives for decorative images.
  • Responsive layouts, usable touch targets, readable contrast, browser zoom support, and no site setting that disables pinch-to-zoom.
  • A reduced-motion path that limits nonessential motion when the browser requests it. The homepage uses a still-logo introduction with a Skip intro control and a readable static studio tour. You can explicitly choose Play animation in the introduction, or Enable animations and Reduce motion beside the homepage actions or in the footer. A still preview does not use up the first animated reveal. Hidden tabs pause the introduction. Escape or Skip intro opens the page immediately. These choices apply only to the current tab.
  • Automated browser checks with Playwright and axe-core, plus manual keyboard, responsive, interaction, and content review on representative pages.

Known limits

Automated checks do not find every accessibility barrier. Scroll-led portfolio effects can also be experienced as ordinary static content, but people may still prefer a simpler presentation. The site honors the browser’s reduced-motion preference for that reason.

Links can open third-party services such as Stripe, Google, and client websites. Ash Web & SaaS does not control the accessibility of those external services. If a third-party step prevents you from completing an Ash Web & SaaS task, email us so we can discuss a reasonable alternative when one is available.

Assessment approach

Representative public pages are checked at desktop and mobile sizes. The maintained release check reports every axe-core rule violation it finds and also reviews keyboard behavior, focus management, page landmarks, alternative text, responsive overflow, form completion, reduced motion, and performance budgets. These checks are evidence of a repeatable process, not a substitute for feedback from people using assistive technology.

Feedback and changes

Accessibility feedback is reviewed manually. When you report a problem, please identify the page and task. Do not send medical or other sensitive information. We will use the minimum information needed to investigate and respond.

This statement will be updated when the testing approach, known limitations, or material site features change.
