This site provides general information about website and software services. It is not a contract, legal promise, guarantee of availability, or guarantee of traffic, ranking, sales, revenue, or another business result.
Adult business use
This website and its project-enquiry services are intended for business contacts who are at least 18 years old and authorized to communicate for the business. They are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information can contact ash@ashwebsaas.com so the record can be reviewed and removed or de-identified where appropriate.
Website pricing and eligibility
Published plan prices are starting points for mutually agreed small-business website scopes. The final quote depends on page types, supplied content, integrations, revisions, delivery timing, and technical requirements. A starting price is not a promise that custom software, e-commerce, customer accounts, multilingual production, custom data workflows, or non-standard integrations fit that plan.
A website plan may include a contact or quote-form backend and on-page/local search fundamentals such as metadata, sitemap, structured data, and performance basics when named in the written scope. Custom apps, dashboards, databases, authentication, editing systems, ongoing SEO, and guaranteed rankings are not assumed; those requirements are reviewed and quoted separately before commitment.
Scope and outside costs
Pages, features, supplied content, revisions, timing, support, and delivery are confirmed in writing for each project. Domain registration, paid APIs, client-site payment integrations and provider charges, premium assets or services, translation, original copywriting, e-commerce, accounts, integrations, custom software, work beyond the agreed revision, taxes, and other third-party costs are separate unless the written scope expressly includes them.
Optional hosting and maintenance
Managed hosting or maintenance applies only when the client selects a care plan or the written scope expressly includes it. The scope states the term, support boundary, usage limits, backup schedule and retention where applicable, renewal terms, and price. Domain registration, business email, paid services, custom server workloads, and capacity beyond those limits are not included unless stated.
Hosting is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and is not a promise of uninterrupted availability. Backups are operational safeguards rather than permanent archives, and only the scope and retention written in the launch record apply. A requirement beyond the agreed limits must be approved and priced separately in writing before it is provided.
Handoff and continued care
Code handoff is available under the written project scope. Continued hosting or maintenance is available only through a selected care plan or separate written renewal that states the term, limits, support, and price; there is no surprise automatic commitment. Domain ownership remains with the client, and handoff or migration assistance beyond the agreed delivery may require a separate scope.
Deposits and balances
The written scope states each payment milestone and due date. Unless that scope says otherwise, the first approved payment reserves the project and the final agreed balance is due before public launch or code handoff. Payment does not add features or change the written scope. A checkout link should be used only after Arshia has confirmed the applicable scope in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed with the project scope. Before development begins, unused funds may be refundable less nonrecoverable processing costs where permitted by law. After approved work begins, the deposit is applied to work performed and may not be refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe under the Raptor Manga LLC account. Stripe may offer payment methods and currency presentation based on customer location, device, card, and account availability. A card issuer may apply foreign-transaction, conversion, or other fees outside our control. Customers must review the checkout amount and currency before paying.
Ownership and handoff
Project-specific ownership, licenses, third-party materials, and handoff are defined in the written scope. Unless otherwise agreed, final project files or code are handed over only after the full agreed balance clears. Third-party tools, fonts, images, libraries, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Domain ownership and access
The client should own and control its domain account. Domain setup uses a provider’s limited authorization when available, client-entered DNS records, or appropriately limited account access. Clients should not send passwords, recovery codes, global API keys, or payment credentials through email or website forms.
DNS records are reviewed before an approved production change, but the client remains responsible for identifying critical third-party services such as business email. Provider availability, DNS propagation, and third-party account restrictions are outside our control. The written launch scope identifies the records and verification steps Ash Web & SaaS is authorized to perform.
